Confidentiality
- All information provided to de:robe is kept confidential.
Store Liability
- de:robe takes reasonable precautions to prevent theft; however, de:robe is not responsible for missing, stolen, lost or damaged items.
- We ask that you do not bring in any items to sell that you cannot risk losing.
- de:robe is not responsible for items that become faulty while in store.
- de:robe is not responsible for loss or damage caused by fire, water damage, robbery, or circumstances beyond de:robe’s control.
- Security tags are not provided.
- de:robe reserves the right to rearrange store layout and rack placement without notice.
Item Condition & Authenticity
- All items must be clean, undamaged and in excellent saleable condition.
- de:robe reserves the right to remove items deemed unsellable.
- All genuine designer items must include proof of authenticity.
Rental Period
- One rental week equals 6 days.
- Rental extensions must be requested by the renter and are subject to availability.
Fees, Payment & Commission
- Rack hire costs are inclusive of GST.
- Rack rental fees and additional services are outlined on the de:robe Website.
- Rack rental fees must be paid in full upfront at the time of booking (online or instore).
- Rental fees cannot be deducted from sales profits.
- A 15% commission is deducted from all sales.
Deposits & Cancellations
- A 100% deposit is required for all rack bookings.
- Deposits are non-refundable for change of mind or cancellations made within 10 days of the booking start date.
- A minimum of 10 days' notice is required to move or cancel a booking.
- Bookings moved to a new date cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- No refunds are provided for early cancellations, unused days or early pack-downs.
- If a rack is not present in-store and if de:robe is unable to contact the renter, de:robe may cancel the booking after 48 hours with no refund.
Set - Up Process
- Please choose a rental period - start date - that works for you as you must set up your rack the afternoon prior/morning of your rack starting.
- All items must be labelled and barcoded before coming into the store to set up your rack. Any items missing labels/barcodes will be removed from sale.
Drop-Off Service
- Drop-off service is optional, subject to availability and non-refundable
- Items booked under Drop-Off Service must be delivered the day prior to rack commencement. Labels must be complete and attached to items.
- A fee will apply.
Rack top-ups & Re-stocks
- Rack top-ups and restocks are permitted throughout the rental period, provided the maximum number of items is not exceeded.
- Please ensure any items you bring in for a re-stock are logged in your Zellr account and are labelled.
Pack Down & Uncollected Items
- Unsold items must be collected by the specified pack-down time on the final rental day.
- Pack-down fees will apply if items are left behind.
- Items with lost tags or left uncollected become the property of de:robe after one (1) month.
- Items confirmed for collection but left behind become the property of de:robe after two (2) weeks.
Sales, Refunds & Exchanges
- No refunds or exchanges are offered.
- The items being sold are not our stock, it is at the buyers' discretion to purchase.
- The buyer is capable of thoroughly checking items prior to purchase. If an item is deemed faulty once it has left the store, it is not the responsibility of de:robe.
- We cannot confirm authenticity of any items (unless certified), we are happy for the buyer to do their own research.
- de:robe must be notified within 24 hours if any item is missing from a completed rack.
Payouts
- Bank account and BSB details must be provided by the end of the rental period.
- Strictly NO CASH payouts.
- Failure to provide bank details will result in delayed payouts.
- Profits are paid within 7-10 business days after the rental ends.
- Renters are responsible for providing correct bank details.
- de:robe is not liable for errors caused by incorrect banking information.
General Terms
- Clothing, shoes and bags are the only things that will be allowed to be sold in store.
- All items must be clean, undamaged and in excellent saleable condition, de:robe reserves the right to remove all unsellable items.
- We will tidy your rack and keep it presentable for customers.
- Items may be displaced on other racks within the shop, we will do our best to rectify this, however, each item will still scan to your account.
- Security tags are not provided.
- All genuine designer items must include proof of authenticity.
- A Drop-Off Service may be added after booking and is subject to availability.
- Rack top-ups and restocks are allowed, provided they do not exceed the maximum number of items permitted per rack.
- A pack-down fee will apply if unsold items are not collected by the specified pack-down time on the final rental day.
- All items must be privately owned, the selling of stolen goods is absolutely forbidden.
